When Will We Receive our Rewards?
Due to the upcoming Lunar New Year Holiday in China, production is estimated to not be prepared until early March. Additionally, to ensure the complete production standards I have in place, final production times may vary. Currently, I project to fulfill orders around late May/early June 2025. This is only an estimate, though, and they may arrive sooner, or later than anticipated.

Where is Noopy/NoopyNu produced?
I am honored to say our Magical Boi is ethically sourced and manufactured in Xuzhou, China. We have been using our manufacturer since Noopy’s first mass production and we are very happy with the quality and their speed/reliability. We have been working close with our manufacturer since 2021 and they know that no Noopy is to be left behind. Our Noopy Representative’s name is Steven, and you may often hear me talk about how helpful he is. We are grateful and blessed to have the rapport we have with our team overseas!

Is Noopy/NoopyNu a toy?
Noopy is a collectors item, not a toy. We consider him to be a collectible, and we encourage only folks over the age of 15 to be caring for their own Noopy. We understand that Noopy is easily drawn to the younger audience, which is why we say if you intend to purchase this item for your youngster, please remove the bell prior to giving to them. Choking Hazards: Noopy/NoopyNu contain plastic safety eyes, and a brass bell or similar accents that are not suitable for children under 5. Additionally, this item should be kept away from pets or animals that may find his texture fun to play with or chew!
Noopy is created with 100% synthetic fibers and all brand new materials. Our manufacturer is compliant with all standard safety laws and tests.

What is Noopy/NoopyNu Made From?
As a reminder: Noopy is a collectible item and is not a toy. He is tested and designed to be handled by individuals over the age of 15. Noopy is tested to comply with general CPC standards. Noopy should not be given to any child under the age of 6 due to his small plastic parts.
Detailed Information about Noopy/NoopyNu components:
-Noopy’s bell is made from brass, with electroplated chrome accents. For our specialty bells, they are brass with enamel plating.
-Noopy’s eyes and safety nose are made from ABS plastic.
-Noopy contains glass pellets for a lightly weighted feel. The pellets are contained within small polyester mesh bags inside each limb. There are 5 ‘bags’ in total (both arms, both legs, and abdomen)
-Noopy is stuffed with a high elastic polyester cotton blend polyfill, giving him a very soft and bouncy appearance.
-Noopy’s fabric material is ethically sourced from 100% faux/polyester fibers. All material is pre-washed, and compliant with CPC standards for plush manufacturing within the USA.
-Noopy is distributed from Indiana, USA.

Is Noopy safe for individuals with specific allergies (such as latex, PVC, metal)?
While our manufacturer’s and sourcing specialists adhere to all standard safety guidelines for trades in the USA (as is required by law), Noopy may not meet the rigorous standards required for individuals with severe allergies and sensitivities. For that reason, we do not recommend Noopy to be purchased for those who have severe sensitivity to polyester fabrics, ABS plastics, or other thermoplastic components and synthetic materials.
For individuals with metal-based allergies or sensitivities, we encourage you to remove Noopy’s bell (or let us know and we can remove it for you) prior to use.

Can I Cancel My Pledge?
As this is a crowdfunding campaign, and funds raised are intended to be used for the production costs of the items produced, we cannot provide a refund in the event you change your mind.
You are able to cancel your pledge at any time before the end of the campaign. After the campaign ends, no cancellations will be permitted. Please pledge with this in mind. I am a small business/small creator who operates entirely solo.

However, I recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise and am willing to help accommodate your request. BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
